Both of my daughters collect Monster High Dolls. They have quite a bit in their collection, but there isn’t much of a choice for them to change the dolls’ clothes. So, I thought it would be fun to start designing some crochet patterns for the Monster High Dolls! The first hat I came up with is this cute little beanie!
My daughters were thrilled with the idea and they each picked the colors for their dolls. Then we had a wonderful time setting up their photo shoot!
I used a 2.25 mm crochet hook and Aunt Lydia’s Crochet Cotton Thread Size 10 in orchid pink, french rose, and shaded purples.
The pattern works up pretty quickly because the hats are so tiny.
My oldest daughter wanted a heart attached to her Monster High crochet beanie, so I used the wonderful Love Hearts pattern by Planet June. It really added an adorable touch to the hat.
